Once we have Level 4 and 5 writers, who are constantly writing critiques and shortlisting entries, they (or you) can also be used for another purpose.

If you've recently completed a short story or a novel that you are planning to send into a third parties' competition, a magazine or publisher, you can send to our higher level writers here to get it checked over. They will point out any mistakes, make recommendations for improval and generally critique the thing. It costs £15 to send in a novel, and £5 for a short story. Email to me with the subject: 'short story/novel to edit' and your username.
